Coach Sean is a phenomenal, seasoned running coach who works with you to achieve your running goals, whatever they may be, whether you are training for a race or simply want to improve as a runner.   I just completed training with him for my 6th marathon road race and he was awesome, providing me with an individualized training plan that accommodated for my schedule from week-to-week, coaching me along the way with expert advice, and helping me meet my specific race goals, even challenging me to exceed them!  He teaches you the mechanics of proper training which was important to me in training injury-free and feeling ready for race day!   As for the Condors community, it is a friendly, welcoming, and supportive group of amazing runners that encourage one another and have a whole lot of fun on our trail runs!  I look forward to continuing to grow as a runner with Coach Sean and the Condors!

Coach Sean has taken me all the way from being someone who had never ran, to my first trail 1/2 marathon at Zion, and beyond. For this entire journey Sean has provided personalized training, motivation and  encouragement every step of the way.  Being part of the Condors has provided a team of like-minded individuals and a source of constant support.  Condors training has taken me on countless runs through some of the most beautiful landscapes that California has to offer. I started running with Coach Sean 4 years ago.  In that time, I have lost weight, stopped having sciatic nerve issues, and am no longer pre-diabetic.  Before i found running, i felt like my life was in a slump.  I had never been athletic and did not participate in any sports prior.   I have now completed 4 marathons, and I will complete my first 50k Ultra-Marathon in Dec 2022!  I feel healthier and have much more energy to tackle my days.  I am able to deal with the stresses of life better and have enjoyed overall mental health benefits.  I enjoy running with my husband, it is now something special we can do together.  I have made a lot of new friends with the Condors and always look forward to our weekly group runs.  I appreciate the newfound love of running that Coach Sean helped to cultivate in me.
